"We had such a fantastic experience at Club Southside last night celebrating my partner’s 30th birthday with a group of around 40 people. We had booked a slightly secluded area, which was absolutely perfect for our group. When we arrived, there were a few people mistakenly seated in our section, but the staff handled it so smoothly and were more than happy to move them to accommodate our booking. We really appreciated how easy and stress free they made it. The service overall was incredible. Despite the size of our group, all meals came out within 10-15 minutes of ordering, which honestly blew us away. The food itself was great, and a special mention has to go to the lemon lime bitters. It was easily the best we have had at any pub or tavern in Brisbane. We are a big family who regularly celebrate birthdays at pubs and taverns, and this was one of the best experiences we have had. So much so that quite a few of us signed up as members on the night. We will definitely be back again for future family events. Highly recommend!"

"Nice club, clean and spacious. Food comes out pretty quickly and good service. They have steak night and the rump is decent. I usually get the chips and salad with it and garlic prawn or onion ring topper. Mushroom sauce is more like a gravy. The steamed veges are quite bland and mash is alright."
